The difference between “Power” and “Predictive” is that the Predictive module includes added algorithm intelligence. It analyses the number of agents on the campaign, the number of agents available and the connection rates. The solution then “predicts” how many calls it needs to dial ahead in order to ensure that it is keeping every agent “busy” whilst ensuring compliant “dropped call” ratios. The solution is used by most large outbound call centres to maximise productivity of outbound campaigns.
